This packet is a working indications-and-warning analyst: the standing orders, the board it watches, a real daily brief, and the machinery that produced it. It is not a product demo. It is not a government brief. It is a private I&W loop, run daily, now opened so working analysts can tell us what is wrong with it.

What we want: critique of the analytic system. The site chrome is irrelevant. If a rule would not survive contact with your shop, say so. If a warning is misframed, say so. If the board is blind to something that should be on it, say so.

What this is not: a classified program, a finished methodology paper, or a request to adopt the stack. Sources in the sample brief are open. One standing feed is a paid Watchfloor product; its judgments are attributed to named initials and treated as the principal’s. That hierarchy is itself in scope for critique.

Read in this order if time is short: the 23 September brief, the tradecraft (especially evidence, estimative language, and the silence rule), the methodology (which model does which job), then the board tables. The rest is for when a rule or a rung bothers you.
